At Matilda Jane Clothing, we want you to love your purchase as much as we loved designing it. If your items are not a perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of shipment for all unwashed and unworn garments.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Generate and print your prepaid USPS return shipping label provided through the portal to ensure your package is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and securely seal the box or mailer.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized USPS location and keep your tracking number until your refund or store credit has been processed.
