How do I know which size to order for my child?
We provide a comprehensive size chart on every product page. Matilda Jane clothing is designed with room to grow, often featuring adjustable waistbands and silhouettes that transition beautifully as your child matures.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.
When will my order ship?
Standard orders typically process within 2-4 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method.
How should I care for my Matilda Jane garments?
To preserve the vibrant colors and unique fabrics, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle with like colors and laying flat to dry. Avoid bleach and high-heat tumble drying.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to serve our international fans in the near future.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
